Okay, I've updated the logo and locked-topic icon and I think it is done now.
I've also enabled the new template forum wide, so everyone (except whoever selects the old one manually) will get the new look-and-feel.  Big thanks to Ivan for the design/ideas and also those who helped testing/commenting the theme!
