4agze wiring problem

I belive idle its at arroud 3/4k. I still not modify my tacho to work with this ecu.
For sure its pretty high, so high i fell fear to let it rut till warm for the moment. I want get idle fixed first.
The iscv is connected but there is no water connected at the moment, as there is no a such cold country.
What is the brown solenoid on the top of sc? It feeds air to what?
Also i have a hard line that seems came from sc to the bottom of tb, for what is this?

I guess i have a air leak cause is so high rpm on idle to be an electrical failture and today i remove the sc belt to take a look on what happened and it does the same thing.
