Hard to make a comparison as there are not that many AE86 factory exhaust

Judging by the change in material at the 2 > 1 merge on your pipe I would guess that the original pipe was cut somewhere close to the merge and a new piece with resonator welded on. Probably your best bet is to take the car and exhaust to a muffler shop and have them cut abd weld to get the pieces joined up.
