Ecu for AE86 4AGE
We are restoring the 1986 Saloon Car Championship winning AE86 and I've managed to learn a fair amount just reading forums and asking random sellers questions but with my latest revelation it's better for a hive mind.
Background: Car and donor car were stripped years ago before the company moved to our current workshop so parts have been misplaced and I come to this project after about 4 different people have tried over the years. The car has an ecu with part number 89661-17140 which googling tells me is from a 4AGEL MR2 Mk1B, Will this work with the AE86 loom? The engine was built by broadspeed and appears to be a smallport block with a bigport head with the TVIS removed from the sandwich plate? Should I be looking for an AE86 ECU instead? |
