mixing blocks and heads

hi!

i was going through some specs and tech articles, and i wonder something..

Does the 4a-f use the same block as the 4a-g? can a "f-spec" narrow angle head be swaped for a "g-spec" wide angle head ?

and another thing.. does the same "g spec" head (4ag) work with a bigger a-series block (like 7a-fe 1800 ccm) found in coronas and such?
