Rear wheel bearing problem?

Man now I'm really not sure what the problem is. My brakediscs and pads are pretty worn as well, but I cant imagine them only making noises while turning in one direction. I'll just have the bearing replaced and get some good brakes installed asap, if the sound doesnt go away I'll at least have 2 new bearings and good brakes, leaving me with only the diff to solve.
