2TGEU HELP!!! PLEASE HELP!! :)

I have been offered a 2TGEU with ECU and all else to make it run, also comes bolted up to a T50 gearbox and comes with 2 peice driveshaft. Its for a ok price but my question to all you is;
1) If I want to change out the 2TGEU at a later date will a 4AGE bolt right in its place, straight up to the T50, is te bellhousing the same ?

2) How hard is it to change the cable clutch to the hydrolic clutch and how much work is needed?

and 3) What mods do I need to do to the fuel system? what fuel pump do I need to up grade etc etc.

Any help would be great as I dont have much time to buy this motor....it might be sold to another buyer quick.!!
