It's not too hard to do yourself.
- Get a good wiring diagram (Techdocs at http://www.toymods.org.au or through club4ag.com) - Strip the casing off all the looms - Work out what each wire is for and how much of the ZE loom you will need to use (It should be suprisingly little) - Cut the plugs you will need off the loom (leave a few inches of trailing wire) - Plug the plugs onto the engine - Mount your ECU somewhere nice - Run each wire from the back of the ECU to the plug on the engine (shorten the wire or add extra sections as needed) - Splice any body wiring needed (ignition power, AC switch, etc) into the loom - Start it up and enjoy that SC torque Yes it is a bit of a bitch of a job, but well worth it. If anything ever goes wrong you will know exactly how to fix it. And you can NEVER label enough things when you are pulling a loom apart. Hen No, this thing is totally stock standard officer... |
