I'm an idiot....

Today on my way home from work I tried to pass a 96 honda accord illegally because I saw him pulling to the right (we drive on the right side here, so that's over to side of the road, like he was having car troubles) and slowing down, and I was in a hurry and didnt want to stop. I don't believe he had his blinker on, or I didn't notice, and he began to turn left as soon as I started to get into the other lane and try to pass him. I hit my brakes and tboned him... Oh man did I feel like an ass.... to top it off he's a retired cop



So, now I will be losing my license (2 accidents in 3 months, the last time was in the hachi at 5mph because my breaks went out, tapped a honda accord in the ass, left 2 small scratches), I will have extremely expensive insurance for the next 2 years, I lose my job (I deliver pizzas), and I have to find $500 to pay for the repairs (Thankfully I had full coverage so I only have to pay $500 to fix anything wrong with the car).
