That damn fuel pipe is always rusted from what I've heard...when we changed the fuelpump on my car we left the whole fuel pump bracket on the car and changed the pump in-situ. As far as your bumpers are concerned, my personal favourite is when they are painted glossy black with the top painted red (like on the two-tone models..) It looks great on cars that arent two tone as well. Otherwise just paint them black. Dont forget to use some elastic additives in the paint you use on the bumpers otherwise it wont last long, and paint will chip off easily.
