yup,
#lb's of force it takes to compress one inch.

You can divide it by 56(55.88 I think is the exact number) to go from LB/in to KG and and the opposite for visa versa.

So:
450lb/in = 8KG~
350lb/in = 6.25kg~

Thats a pretty stiff ride, I would imagine at that point you will really start to notice the ae86's not so rigid chassis?
