If the calipers is OK and the part that self-adjust is in perfect order (you might need shims), the stock handbrake can lock the tires too.

Mine can easily lock at higher speeds, the next problem is to get it to un-lock again... Confused

Im planning to mount a spring that pushes the brakelever back again.
