Not sure, I would have to ask martijn for more info about it but my gut feeling would be that you should be able to remove it with some difficulty either by using heat or using a sharp raisor. The stuff is not unlike the stuff you glue windscreens with. Ivan, only if you glue the whole thing airtight all round and don't properly prepare the body work you glue onto. Then any moisture trapped inside will surely rot the whole thing away in time. If the body work is painted in a proper coat of paint and you make sure the sideskirts are not closed fully in the bottom so any moisture trapped inside can sip out I don't see a reason why it would rot inside. I would fill the inside with some waxoil or similar though just to be safe and not give moisture a chance... Greetz, Bastiaan "mux213" Olij Moved down under, no more hachi |
