My car was treated with Dinitrol a long long time ago and I must say, where it was treated it has stand the test of time (and salt) very well, where it wasn't treated the car is rusted away badly (underside of the doors, front fenders, bootlid, etc). Most has been repair, other bits are awaiting repair.

If your car has been properly undercoated by a professional company, then there shouldn't be a problem. If it hasn't, please do yourself a favor, park the car in a nice warm garage for the winter and don't take it out until the snow and the salt have disappeared, these cars can rust away in a couple of years, Japanese steel in the 80's was not made to last.
