I think you benefit more from the 5v system with force induction then without. Total open valve area increases so more chance to push air in by force. High compression is relative, shouldn't really be a problem with good quality gas.
Best power setup would probably be 20v+GZE bottom end. As for the parts...There might be a 20v manifold out there somewhere in JDM land, but forget about finding one of the cheap Chinese replica's.
