jezza pm the boffin, my bro, he may have a ford bell housing, then any sierra 1.8 ltr box will fit and take all the power your 16v will give. the other option is the supra box w55 or w58 i cant remember which, just trying to get a box and prop made is the hard bit.
as for pulling the box out, give me 4 axle stands and a jack and ill have it out in 30 mins, clutch in another 10 and back in on the road in less than an hour 30 mins, on my own, its not hard.

Its gotta go whoosh or give a whine!!!!
