Best is to go to http://www.rx7club.com and check out the europian section. Some good people over there. There are some guys in Tjech that do alot with FCs that can get most of the things you need usually for good prices. I haven't rebuild a 13B yet but I plan to do in the near future. How much it costs depends on the state of the engine you're starting out with but I would say 600 euro's is bottom price if you do all the work yourself and there are no big surprises. That would replace apexs, all the important gaskets, and some other tidbits you should really replace on a rebuild. Offcourse if the engine was recently rebuild or is still good but you just blew an apex (happens esp. with turbos) then often its enough just replacing the apexs and that would only cost 200 or 300 euros or so..
