Peter, you are right. The buy and sell is a bit of a gray area though. Problem is that if you are selling something within your country its usually not very interesting for people living in other countries. If you're willing to ship things outside of your country using english is prefered.
We're not very strict with these rules anyways. We just dont want whole discussions in the general threads in another language, the occasional remark we will ignore. This however is a first accurance so you're being made an example to make a point
