Problem is with credit card rules outside of US. There are a lot of countries that allow you to cancel credit card purchases after the seller thinks he's already gotten the money. I guess this guy has been burned by that before..

Maybe contact Sym through pm, I'm sure he hasn't caught this thread yet and will be kind enough to help out.
