Ok, if you need a serious answer:

Take the oem self off, carefully unscrew the left and right "rails".

Then use them to bolt on them an MDF piece of wood, in which you have opened the holes you need and then cover it with carpet.

Put it in the car and then screw the speakers in and connect em.
