Haha, your right, let me cover that part.

How to overspeed on a highway by Senna for dummies:
1. make sure your on a highway
2. shift up till your in fifth gear
3. step on the most right pedal
4. keep doing that untill the speedo points 290 degrees downwards
5. tap yourself on the back, you did it!

note: while doing this, try to avoid hitting too much moving objects. The damage to your own car can be severe, and will probably not be covered by your insurance company. Evil
