you have (almost have) everything. Because you can never tell how this will work.
Your ecu will be replacet by the one in the package. To get this thing running smooth i believe you still miss: fuel pressure regulator bigger injectors wideband lambda sensor and a good tuner. When you have done this your have a wonderfull engine. (I would suggest you change the cams to get some more HP as well) It will sound like a 20v because of the ITB and the power will increase a bit but not really noticable. (just the sound will be loud) Also please use airfilters on the horns. This because its not good for the engine to breath in sand and stuf.
