Well, depends what's up with yours...
If you've just burned out all the friction material, you could send it off to the manufacturer to get the plate re-lined for pretty cheap (~£50 over here I think). If you need a completely new kit: Helix organic or cerrametallic clutch kits run around £300 + VAT complete with stiffer cover, plate and release bearing. I've got a 4-puck Helix cerrametallic (212mm flywheel) kit, that was £325 + VAT. It bites like a bitch-whore from hell and doesn't know the meaning of slip. Still going fine after about 18 months drifting (though not too much abuse). Standard blue-top flywheels are 200mm and so suitable clutches are slightly cheaper. Worth putting a late small port red-top flywheel in as it'a a bit lighter and more friction surface (212mm) or even better one from an AE111. Try http://www.helix-autosport.com Hope this helps. |
