A guy on german ebay sells this AE engines but I don´t know if they are trash oder realy good work. So I´ll ask the experts!

Type: 4A-GE The hole engine is rebuild. The basic and conrod bearings are brand new. The forging pistons are from Wiseco (286g) and also new! The bore has a diameter of 82mm. The compaction is 11,8:1 in normal trim and 12,3:1 with a 0,5mm headgasket. The crank is very fine balanced and polished up. The piston pins are mounted afloat. He also instaled a better oil pump and affirmed that the engine makes easy up tp 11.000upm! The price for this block is about 2.300€. What do you think...?
