Injector Impedence.

13.8 is high impedence. Low impedence is typically in the 1 - 3 ohm range. Put a multimeter across the two injector terminals and see what resistance they are. Check what resistance injectors your standalone ecu requires. Perhaps the ECU can be programmed to run whatever you want to run resistance wise?

The ECU and injector resistances have to tally or it won't run properly
