What ride height for ae86 lower springs at the front???

Measure it....
Measure how much travel is in the front suspension now; from where
it sits until it touches the bumpstops. You need about 70 mm to keep a
reasonable amount of suspension travel with standard rate springs.

If you have more than 70 mm, the difference is how much you can
lower the front.
