I don't think we do have an accurate list of that...
I only know for sure that the GTV features the Q-spec indication on the firewall, and the GT-Apex features the V-spec indication on the firewall. This means the following: Q: The highest grade (ultimate in luxury or performance) V: Luxury sports In this case the GTV is ultimate in performance while the GT-Apex is more luxurious. If you look at the Kouki interior you see that the GT-Apex trim is more luxurious and the GTV is more spartan.
