you get the car, drive/trailer it to an RDW station, let it check for legislation (NO APK, just importcheck), get a dutch set of papers(think you can only do that if your dutch) and then make a set of plates. Then you can have it checked for the APK.
You can do an APK too at the RDW, at the same time with importcheck, but they are more strict then needed (they failed an Citroen with a new, on original holes spotwelded sill, because the welds were too far apart ) "It's all about the heart, the people who focus on parts, turbo's and all that stuff...they're just losers." -Shinji Minowa |
