Really you could have fooled me as into the interests of certain people on this forum. You hit the nail on the head about different thoughts and experiences but what do you do in the situation where you try to share something and are confronted by no respect ? Its a hard one and personally if the person is so stupid as to give a so called lecture without any knowledge that they cannot proof due to not experiencing anything to do with the topic apart from a load of hypothetical speculation i for one would only put facts into the equation that might flame these optimisms view. Respect has very little to do with this at all..

I wouldn't say that this forum is dead compared to other ae86 forums. There is a lot of information going around this forum and offcourse not every forum discusses exactly the same topics. If you use the search button for collection information about a certain topic then there is a lot of information you can get..

Are you saying again that just because someone has been on a forum for ages , has high post count and has given information in the past that they should always being listen too? the whole interweb is full of bullshit you don't have to search forums on certain topics just google it. There is such a collection of information that is all here say on even this topic out there that search for facts and you will never find it.

Why would anyone need to ask anyone on a forum , if someone wants to add there experiences they can ? can't they . Maybe given the direction of the topic people feel that its pointless , i know that i am certainly changing my views on inputting anything futher.

But saying all of this you seem to be a person with very logical thought and should be made a moderator asap if the site really wants to step forward in the future
