Most will "gain" at least 1 hp... mass lost from stock manifold = almost 20#s
N1 cars were required to keep the stock manifold.... but companies like Toda made special headpipe and exhaust to allow them to breath One thing..... a header on a stock engine will do little... modded engine results increase.........
