Yes TRD does offer such kits.
They are quite expensive though. Quaife has some straight cut ones and you could also go sequential. There are some choices you can go but neither one will come cheap. I have all TRD charts available where you can see details on speed and gear. Cheapest version will be a ring and pinion and change the whole ratio with it. If you need further info let me know.
