Rough idle, Stalling. Please HELP!

Here's a sample of what it sounds like.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=24XTgnwllgA And If I put it in gear it stalls because the idle is set too high, at about 1200 rpm, because it won't stay running at 900 rpm. |
