euhm.
smallport engine doesn't do that much if its not ported and polished. the 9mm lift 268 cams will do alot if they are adjusted correctly. Twin webers is completly depended if they are tuned right. I would say around 140 hp at the wheels. I think you can make this as of that I have a similiar setup without the webers but I have a ported head.
