rev limit is no use. The cams will stop producing power before 7000 rpm
the cams below 272 will not pass 7000 rpm. You got high lift cams which is good. You don't need to much duration it will only make the engine work harder. I don't know exactly but the cams on a healthy engine should get you at or near the 130 whp if you got a good exhaust as well.
