It depends per country and what exactly you want to swap. If you're going to swap the 4age only it will cost less than if you would swap the rear axle as well.
For Holland I would say it costs about this: An okay 4age costs maximum 200 euros, ae86 engine loom shouldn't be more than 50 to 100 euros, dunno about the price for a GTS bellhousing but it would be easier to swap the whole tranny for 200 euros. Then some odd bits you need, like igniter and coil, etc. Total would be around 1000 euros I'd think...
