Project XE86 is almost finished! (56K run and hide)
Still a few jobs I want to do, but she runs and she's won a trophy already so that's good enough for now. Next plans are Atlas axle conversion, upgrade the gearbox internals and then some more power from the engine. These plans might change though as I might be moving to Japan in Jan/Feb '07

Vauxhall/Opel 2.0 16v XE engine
QED Direct to head throttle bodies
Standard camshafts
Standard injectors
DTA E48 Management system
Anti-bubble tank system
BTB 4-2-1 Stainless exhaust manifold
BTB 2 1/2" stainless slip-on exhaust system

Transmission
Titan motorsport alluminiium XE to Ford bellhousing adapter
Ford Type 9 (Sierra) gearbox
Quaiffe quickshifter and gearknob
Helix 4 puck paddle clutch and cover
QED internal telescopic clutch release bearing
Hillman Avenger front prop machined and welded to fit Corolla propshaft
Normal AE86 GT axle with TRD 2 way LSD

Suspension
TRD Blue 8 way F&R
Spring rates unknown
New Whiteline bushes
Ueo-style inner and outer tie rods
Coilovers and camber plates coming soon

Interior and other stuff
Bride super-low seat rail and Bride seat
Momo Champion steering wheel
Quaiffe gearknob
Carbon panel with SPA guages and Stack rev counter
Hydraulic handbrake coming soon
Flocked dash coming soon

Probably sell it Sad Don't want to but I'm probably going to need the money to move to Japan with and buy a nice 86 over there!
