17-04-2007: Driftworks Practice Day - Drift Central

Hello guys.

Just a quick heads up to let you know that on Tuesday this week we attended the frist Driftworks practice event at the new Drift Central facility at Donington Park.

This place is simply the most awesome place you could ever visit. Its like the best vehicle testing ground you could imagine but with organisers that understand what the sport of drifting and car control is all about. Phil, James and the marshals wont wave a black flag at you for getting a bit sideways - but they may if they if they see you not driving sideways (well - probably not actually).

For me I had to attend in my daily driver r32 skyline. Its factory spec bar some light breathing mods and simple lowering springs. Wish my corolla was there with me but its time will come.

So for all you 86 and old toyota lovers feast your eys on what DORISTARS.com (Ross) managed to capture from the event.
