3sge from m2 in ae86

can i put 3sge (gen 2) from MR2 into ae86 ? what gearbox ?

I saw people did alteza 3sge in hachi .. but i didn't find anything about mr2 3sge into ae86

Please help

its a bit difficult mod, but possible. look it up in google!
you have to put the engine in tilted to the right side by 20degrees to fit it under the hood, modify the oil pan, cut and relocate the throttle body to the front side of the induction box. you have to use a W5x series gearbpx, possibly w55, w57 or w58 and make or search and buy a custom bellhousing inbetween. also there may be some firewall space problems occur as well.

diesel corollas "*e70" serie have correct bellhouse whit w50 gearbox.. bolt on..


you need to cut and weld or put different intake to car. but 3sge fits nice to rwd corollas..

Also the Carina CA60 diesel (1C engine) will fit to the W bellhousing.

Depends on whether it has a W50 or W55 behind the bellhousing.

Sounds like you need to source a Hi-Ace diesel with a 1C or 2C engine and a G series gearbox.
