7AGE Bottom end
I am putting a 20v head onto a 7afe. As many people have done this before, what do i need to do to the bottom end to beef it up ie pistons, rods and crank??? Most forum sites say that nothing is required for a standard road car, but high revving race packages may need rods. What rods? do the 4a ones fit? are there off the shelf ones that fit (as well as pistons?

A lot of people recommend pushing in pins for the flywheel and crank.
