Interesting topic SmileSmileSmile
At start of year my weight was ~123 kg. Now its "just" 103 kgSmile In summer I will lose another ~15 kg - thats my goal for 2005. I came to conclusion, that big weight isn't good for racingSmileSmileSmile

I weight about 75kg, but I have no hachi and can't add that weight. Crying

I weight a bit too little for my length, but another 5kg and I should be fine. I quit smoking, but that didn't add any weight yet. Undecided

Last month I weighed in at 114.5kg's. So far that has dropped to the 104/105 kg mark, depending on the time of day.
Goal for next year is around 90kg's inc. more muscle mass, depends a bit on the precise weightklasses of the muay thai tournament I'm thinking of entering.

Well he's a big boy that one...
I', still stuck at around 103 kg's myself. Sitting at home and a history of desk jobs do this to a person. I want to do something about it, but it's hard to keep up the excersize I need.
