AE86 Driveshaft too long? [SOLVED]

It looks like the axle is positioned correctly but is there a difference between SR5 and AE86 rear link arms?
Could the engine mounts be incorrect? Again, a difference between the two vehicles?
I think you need to measure between the end of the gearbox and the differential drive flange,
compare this to a known quantity (AE86)
If that measurement is correct, suspect the front part of the prop shaft.
