AE86 F20C swap - Radiator issue

Hi All,

I'm currently committing to an F20C swap (S2000 Engine) into my AE86.

The inlet and outlet are in different places for the 4AGE than they are in the F20 so I have to do something about the Radiator.

Option A - Use High Performance AE86 radiator, have hardlines made up to account for the different inlet/outlet.

Option B - Use High Performance AE86 radiator, have the inlet and outlet removed, plugged and the radiator flipped to have the right inlet and outlet welded on.

Option C - Buy KOYO AE86 3SGE Swap.

I would go with C, it should make things a lot easier.

Option D perhaps, have a custom alu one built.

Did that for my Sr20 into ae86 build and cost me about €600 incl 2 spal fans

I'm thinking that, I looked them up to check what position the inlet and outlet are in and I think it's close enough to be the least headache! A reputable brand to boot too

I'm looking into that too as it would be the same lad that would be doing the alloy welding that would make one from scratch (Lee Smart Racing) but I've already considered that it would be much more expensive than anything off the shelf and probably no better than a Koyo.

Keeping it in mind though as I'm going to him for a small bit of work anyway.
