I got contacted by the organizer of the AE/GT/GR86 day 2022 in Cologne and he asked me to share it here as well. It will be held Saturday July 2nd at the Toyota museum in Cologne (Germany):

I agree. And I wonder how they will arrange the parking inside the perimeters. Should you arrive before 10AM?

That event is something I would love to attend if I lived closer. Hopefully it's a good event that they can repeat for at least a few years and it's awesome that they're putting some effort into promoting it in the right places.

The museum is deffo worth it. Been a couple of times now.
It's not big, but there's a nice collection of cars there.

Normally parking is just free for all, and a lot of nice cars turn up for the event.

its a 3 hour drive from where you live...

Six hours drive for me is too much, unfortunately. Too many other events already packed this year (and still contemplating Reisbrennen).

Nope. The meet and the museum are free of charge and no tickets required. If they offer it on that day, they might even invite a smaller group into the Hall of Fame of the nearby Toyota motorsport department.
