I didn't see the convertible either, sadly.
I was surprised by the Malaysian AE86 in the museum though, i didn't know that it was there. Nice to see that!



The weather was great, that seemed to pull in a lot of people.
Cream of the crop for me was the little visit to the Motorsport Cellar, that was quite the sight!



Spent a lot of time talking to the owner and driver of the Group S 'MR2'. Interesting stuff

It was parked there a few months prior to Covid. I think it was October or November 2019 when he reached his goal here in NL and then drove the car to the museum. His and his wife's plans were to drive back to Malaysia the next summer, but then Covid happened. I have no ideas what his current plans are, but maybe Oldskull could shed some light on that.

They will come back pickup the Trueno and continue the journey, France, UK, Ireland that was the plan if I am not mistake. The plan was of course 2020 but since covid happened they have to postpone the plan but they will not drive back to Malaysia with the Trueno instead they will fly back to Malaysia and get Trueno shipped.

I've met Hadri in Malaysia in 2019 and that car.. omg.. what a story!

Not sure, but the plan was to visit some Euro countries before going back
