What radiator to use??

just use a standard 4age one. I have driven over 4 hours of circuit time without problems. As long as you keep the fan on the waterpump your engine won't overheat.

I'm with Mux. I once used a Rx7 1st gen radiator in my Ae86. Although ivan is perfectly right about the bigger diameter of the piping, fitting them was a piece of cake.

Very easy but hard for me to explain, i'l try anyways
1. Get the correct pipe that fits the rx7 radiator.
2. Buy a round metal pipe that goes inside the original piping of the hachi as
reinforcement where you put the clamps on.
3. Put a piece of metal pipe in the hachi piping. Put the hachi size pipe inside
the bigger rx7 pipe, and off you go.

It costs $1700.00 nz for a new radiator for an ae86 and $75.00 for a new mk2 golf radiator from a local. The inlet and outlet are both on the left like an AE86. Im not familiar with PRESSURE TANK, whats this for?

I believe the golf radiator uses an external pressure tank that also holds the pressure cap for the cooling system.. the ae86 radiator has the cap right on top of the radiator and doesnt need an external tank (although it has a little expansion reservoir).
