I don't know much about that celica but if I remember well that is a Celica Supra, the first of the supra range (that derived from the Celica)

There is also a normal celica with that front too but I had only seen it once.

The XX is a special model released in Japan but I am not sure what the special options in that car is.

The Hashiriya(hot-rodder) in Japan like that flag Hurray!
I saw that flag with the cars of Hashiriya because they love D1 and racing a lot. The Chinese character of 86 is written in the flag. Cool
