I´m about to get 10 sets of 14" wheels from an sponsor - so i´d like to know the EXACT ET of the stock ALU wheels that i got from Lennert in December.

I have a question. What tyres width fit what rim width?

say we have
6Jx rims
6.5Jx rims
7Jx rims

what tyre sizes would nicely accomondate those widths? 185, 195, 205?

i know it looks cooler to put narrower tyres on a fatter rim, but is it also good for anything besides the looks?

Tnx! Smile

6J = 155 - 185mm
6,5J = 165 - 195mm
7J = 175 - 215mm
7,5J = 195 - 235mm

It has the advantage that the sidewalls of the tires will have less flex, making the grip more predictable (no rolling on tires). The drawback opposed to fat tires is that you damage your rims more easily. I would put wider tires on nice rims like rewinds and stretch some cheap nasty tires on ugly or old rims for sliding around...
