That is different colours flake that you mix with clear paint/lack and spray on the car. Then spray another layer of clear to cover it. It's a 2002 thing

Cool, helped fit a clutch tonight on a Gold metallic fleck car in Ireland with a TRD widearch kit & wantanabes!!!!, looks very similar, except gold obviously.
Here she is but its too distant to se the fleck/splatter job


the sound at these event must be amazing, 20+ N2ish ae86s with sideexit exhausts
