Ziet er allemaal super uit man! Ga zo door!
Hoeveel was je kwijt voor dat elektrocoaten? en waar kan je dat doen?

I had the drawing put onto cellophane or whatever you call it in English, but it's see thru.
To check if my drawing would cover the holes on the back of the head properly.
And it's not to bad actually, only adjustment I have to make is to place the o-ring a bit more to the outside.




Here you see the reason for the change, the top of the hole sticks out a bit more than I anticipated, 1mm more offset to the outside with the 0-ring will fix that:

The engine I bought was made ready for the autocross, so they already had taken off the dizzy and put this in it's place:





The inner part looks like something that was cut of the original part that was on the dizzy, can anyone confirm this?

Does this look normal or are there parts missing?


I will take off the valve covers later so I can take better pics.

Very neat solution What CAD program did you use to model this? (Solidworks/Pro-E) Can you email me the model please I'm planning to redo my 20V waterlines soon.

I did this with Pro-E mate.

I can send you the drawing if you want, no problem.

As said before, my engine came with this block off for the original dizzy placement.







That looks like crap off course, so I made another drawing:








Only thing is, I don't know if I need this space for a camshaft position sensor.
For the aftermarket ECU I mean.
I know it is possible to put an EDIS sensor on the crank pulley or use this position for something similar.

Anyone knows what the possibilties are for this sensor?

GZE's have a sensor in that position, dont know if it'll fit a 20v though...

Welded something the rear axle, it's ready for powdercoating now:







And had my 20V alternator converted to 16V connector, and a general refurbish:

That was made from original or some other engine dizzy (4A-F?).
4A-F have that kind of cam end and dizzy comes straigt to it.
