Aram its been some time that i havent seen your post almost a few months.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING :
Your work is great, the car has the same rust that mine has and its all on the bottom.
Whenever i read this i realise that my car isnt that bad and i should get some tools practise and start rebuilding my car ?
I have some questions and possibly some favours to ask you.

Could you send me Autocad diagrams for the water bypas and for the sensor adapter plate as i am going to fit a 20v motor to my car.
I have the ecu and the map sensor and wiring loom just waiting to get a good engine

What did you use to seal the seams of the car and to make sure that no water gets into the chanels of the chassis ?

Can you take some pics of the front of the car by the front wheel arches as i have rust there on my shell as well and i want to try and restore it the same as you have done .
My Rear of the car has the same rust and even the brake lines and fuel lines are very rusted i think i will have to replace them .

How come after sand blasting the car shell looked gold in colour was that from paint ?

Please can you also let me know where did you get the rear quarter glass Rubbers from ?
Where did you also get the Front and Rear windscreen rubbers from as well ?

The seams were done with a kit, I'm not sure of the name, but I will ask for you.
Not sure if you can get it in SA though?

Could you be more specific which part you want me to photograph on the front?

My brake and feul lines were rusted too, I want to route the new ones through the interior just like my Impreza has.

Yes, the gold color was epoxy primer the sandblaster put on.

Those rubbers I did not buy new, I will be reusing the old ones, if they are good enough.
